Terms and Conditions of Service for Customers
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you, the customer, and Buzzlink Hallstar Events and Ticketing Limited (“Businessfy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of our ticketing platform. By purchasing tickets or registering for an event through our platform, you accept the terms of this agreement.
Definitions
“Businessfy” refers to Buzzlink Hallstar Events and Ticketing Limited, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and authorized agents. Businessfy operates as a ticketing facilitator providing digital tools and services to event organizers and customers.
“Website” means www.businessfy.com, including any subdomains, mobile applications, online tools, or other electronic interfaces provided by Businessfy to enable users to purchase, manage, or access event tickets and related services.
“Customer” or “User” refers to any individual, company, or legal entity that uses the Website or platform to purchase, transfer, resell, or manage Tickets, or otherwise interact with Businessfy services.
“Promoter” means any third-party event organizer, venue operator, or entity authorized to list, sell, or manage event tickets via Businessfy’s platform, and who bears primary responsibility for the execution of the Event.
“Event” includes but is not limited to concerts, performances, exhibitions, conferences, sports matches, nightlife gatherings, virtual experiences, and any other ticketed or registered activity made available to Customers via the Businessfy platform.
“Venue” refers to the physical or virtual location where an Event is held, including stadiums, halls, clubs, online platforms, or any space where an Event is hosted and where access may be granted through a Ticket.
“Ticket” means any digital or physical proof of purchase, reservation, or right of access to an Event. This includes barcodes, QR codes, email confirmations, wristbands, or any other method of entry control provided by Businessfy or the Promoter.
“Services” refer to all products, tools, features, and support provided by Businessfy to Customers and Promoters. This includes but is not limited to ticket issuance, order processing, customer support, payment collection, refund handling, marketing, and digital event tools.
“Account” refers to the personalized user profile created by a Customer on the Businessfy platform, which may include personal data, order history, saved preferences, and access credentials.
“Terms” means these Terms and Conditions of Service, as updated by Businessfy from time to time.
1. Ticket Purchase Policy
1.1. All ticket sales made through the Businessfy platform (www.businessfy.com) or via approved offline partners are considered final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless explicitly stated in our Refunds Policy.
1.2. Tickets purchased are intended for personal use only and cannot be transferred, resold, or offered for resale without prior written consent from Businessfy. An exception applies for transfers to immediate family or friends, provided there is no commercial intent.
1.3. Businessfy strongly advises against purchasing tickets from any unofficial sellers or resale websites. Tickets acquired through unauthorized channels may be cancelled without notice, and entry to the event may be denied without liability. Tickets purchased over an unofficial website/platform (even in cases where it will be branded with Businessfy logos, colors or any branding material on ticket or website), Businessfy does not take any responsibility or liability for such tickets.
1.4. Customers may be asked to verify their identity at the event by showing a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport or driving license), the original payment card used for the transaction, or the ticket confirmation.
1.5. If a customer has purchased multiple tickets under one transaction, all guests must arrive together with the named ticket holder, unless alternative arrangements are communicated and approved by the event organizer.
1.6. Customers are fully responsible for safeguarding their tickets.
1.7. Businessfy is not liable for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or misused.
1.8. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Once payment is confirmed, tickets are sent digitally to the email address or Businessfy app provided during checkout.
1.9. If a transaction is found to be fraudulent, Businessfy reserves the right to cancel any associated tickets without refund.
1.9.1 Businessfy reserves the right to cancel ticket(s) or even all orders with associated user if any of the above terms are breached. No refund will be provided.
2. Ticket Use, Event Admission & Ticket Delivery Terms

3. Refund Policy
3.7. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@businessfy.com within 24 hours of the cancellation, rescheduling, or announcement of the relevant change.
3.13. Once the customer has collected tickets from Businessfy, it is the promoter’s responsibility to process refunds.
3.14. Tickets sold at the box office will be refunded at the later date announced by the promoter and/or Businessfy.
3.15. By completing a purchase on the Businessfy platform or at the box office, customers accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
